Common questions
What file formats does BoxStir support?
PDF die-lines exported from ArtiosCAD, CAPE, Impact and other structural design software. For visual search you can also upload JPG, PNG or WebP images.
How do I invite my team?
Sign in, open Settings, and invite team members by email. Each person gets their own login and favorites.
How do I share designs with a customer?
Use the Portal: create a portal link, add files from your library, and send the link. Your customer can browse and download without an account, and you can set an expiration date or revoke access at any time.
How do I connect Dropbox?
Go to Settings, click “Connect Dropbox”, authorize BoxStir, then choose the folders to sync.
How do I change my plan or cancel?
Go to Billing in the sidebar. Billing is handled securely by Stripe. If you cancel, your files stay available for export for 30 days; see our Terms of Service.
How do I access, export or delete my data?
You can download files from your Library at any time. For a copy or deletion of your account data, email us from your account email; details are in our Privacy Policy.
