AI die-line search for corrugated plants

Every die you have ever cut, one search away.

BoxStir uses AI to read every die-line PDF you have — box style, dimensions, flute, features — so anyone on your team can find a design by describing it, showing a photo, or pasting a customer brief.

The problem

Your archive exists. Finding anything in it is the hard part.

Years of die-lines sit in folders named by whoever saved them. The design you need is probably there. Finding it depends on someone remembering.

Search by memory

File names and folders change from year to year and person to person. Every request starts with a hunt.

Missed matches cost tooling

When an existing design is not found, a new one gets drawn and a new die gets cut.

Knowledge walks out the door

When experienced designers leave, their map of the archive leaves with them.

How it works

Upload. Search. Reuse.

01

Upload your library

Drag in your die-line PDFs or connect Dropbox. BoxStir reads every drawing with AI — box style, dimensions, flute and features — on its own.

02

Search any way you like

Describe the box, upload a photo of one, or paste a customer's brief. The closest die-lines come back ranked.

03

Reuse and share

Download a match, compare designs side by side, and share collections with customers by link or through their own portal.

Describe it
“12 x 10 x 8 RSC, B-flute, hand holes”

Plain words, the way your team already talks about boxes.

Show it
box-photo.jpg

A photo of a box in hand finds the die-lines that look like it.

Paste the brief
“Need a shipper for 6 jars, retail-ready, printed two colors…”

Drop in the customer's request and start from the closest design you already own.

What the AI reads

It reads the drawing, not just the file name.

Each die-line is read for its box style, its dimensions, its flute and its features, like vents and hand holes. That is what makes a search for “vented produce tray” find the tray, wherever it was filed.

  • Your existing PDFs, as they are. No redrawing, no renaming.
  • Compare two designs side by side before you cut a new die.
  • Your library is private to your plant's team.

Customer portal

Give each customer their own shelf.

Give your regular customers a portal of their own. They sign in, find their designs, compare them, and send you a request for a quote or a reorder with the design attached.

For a one-off, share a collection as a link: they can view and download, no account needed.

Questions

What files does BoxStir read?

Die-line PDFs, the files your structural team already exports. Upload them directly or connect a Dropbox folder.

Do our customers need an account?

Only for the customer portal, where they request quotes and reorders. A shared collection link needs no account: they can view and download the designs in it.

Can we try it on our own files first?

Yes. The 14-day free trial needs no credit card. Upload a sample of your library and search it.

Who can see our designs?

Your team, and the customers you give a portal login or a shared link to.
